No idea why they call it anti-bacterial It's a simple plastic case, no frills. It looks nice, just don't think it's going to sanitize your mouth guard somehow. Permalink

It's quite a strong case while it's a bit flexible as well. So it's able to absorb shocks and it ventilates good. What else do you need? Permalink

What can I say...It's a case and it hold the mouth guard. So far it stays closed while packed away in duffle bag going back and forth to my dojo. Permalink
