To determine correct size, measure the distance across the lowest knuckles (the knuckles you punch with) of the 4 upper fingers (all the fingers except the thumb). Measure by laying knuckles flat on a ruler.

The only reason I didn't give the product a 5 star is because I got my gloves about 4 months ago and just recently the finger grip inside ripped off.. however the pluses of this product beat out the minuses a lot ...the extra padding really helps and in some cases gives about an extra inch of reach advantage on back fists, jabs etc. they are great and I really don't mind paying for these again and again if they break on me. These are great! Macho makes the best sparring gear and the Warrior brand is probably the best out there. It may be a little more pricey then other brands but, Karate Depot gives a good deal on their gear. Highly recommended for any martial artist who spars or needs to practice. Permalink
