These pads have a good fit and do a good job covering the knuckles. We do a lot of sparring and these provide good protection and typically last about a year. Permalink

Allows son to hit hard to build confidence without pain

It makes our son feel so much more serious about his sport. KD has the best prices around and a great shipping policy. We won't go anywhere else. Also, we had to contact customer service on a question after the purchase and they responded quickly, completely and respectfully. I love this company! Permalink

Sizing Info

To determine correct size, measure the distance across the lowest knuckles (the knuckles you punch with) of the 4 upper fingers (all the fingers except the thumb). Measure by laying knuckles flat on a ruler.

Or print this and use it to measure your hand and foot.
