New fuller coverage double foam padding over the knuckles
A narrow vinyl strip across the palm that allows a tighter grip

This is an updated design of the Macho's Rival Punch. If your preferred size and color is unavailable in the newer style please see the original Rival Punch. The Dyna punch is made from vinyl-dipped foam and uses an ergonomic design to protect the hands, knuckles and fingers without restricting movement and keeping the fingers free for grappling and making fists. The Macho Dyna Sparring Equipment is the new standard for dojo equipment.

Had Century before, but bought these based on the reviews. I agree with the others, these seem to be very well and are comfortable to wear. Based on the measurements, I ordered the large, but they were too small. Unless you are a the low end of the measurement range for a size, I would recommend to get the next larger. Permalink

Do not hesitate to purchase the Dyna Punch. They are a great product and they come at a low cost. These are good for the beginner or advanced.

I had warrior pads before these. On the warriors, the finger grips would tear off after 6 months so I wanted to try something else from Macho. Compared to the warrior punch, these have a better tighter fit. I still haven't broken them in but so far they have served their purpose. Because they are still a bit stiff, it takes a bit of effort transitioning between an open hand to a closed hand attack. Hopefully, the finger grips last longer than the warrior's. The quality of the materials seems to be identical to that of the warrior punch. Permalink

Sizing Info

To determine correct size, measure the distance across the lowest knuckles (the knuckles you punch with) of the 4 upper fingers (all the fingers except the thumb). Measure by laying knuckles flat on a ruler.

Or print this and use it to measure your hand and foot.
