The Escrima Stick is designed for full contact demonstrations. Its lightweight design and foam padding makes it perfectly safe for intensive training. This stick also features a handle on one end which provides a secure grip.

These sticks are ok for swinging at each other, but if you want to practice any technique like blocking or disarming, they are too flexible. I've used a similar product which are more stiff, but still padded enough to be safe. Permalink

Full Contact without the heavy pads!!!

Finally you can have full contact Escrima without the heavy pads!!!!

With this stick you can go at it and not injure your partner. It is lightweight, soft but is a bit too flexible for my liking. A great buy!!! Permalink
