I haven't tested it all out yet, since it's a gift for my little brother, but this exercise kit has it all. Everything looks like its in good quality. The plastic handles, however, look like they won't last very long, but nothing a little duct tape can fix. I would also have preferred five pound weights instead of the 3 pound that they ship it with, but they'll useful for some toning. I haven't testing the jump rope out yet, but it looks good (minus the plastic handles), but I'm sure it works. This many things for 30 dollars is a fantastic deal.
