| Canadian Ash Competition Bo
It's a bit heavier than the feather-light one I'd used before, but the exact same size and shape. 6' and highly tapered at the ends. I like the bit of extra heft, but this is by no means the heaviest bo I've ever held. This is not one of those thick inch-and-a-half clubs that you could really do damage with; it's a lightweight bo for twirling in demonstrations. (Which, happily, is what I use it for.) My last bo broke about 8 inches in from the end. Upon closer examination there was a knot in the wood that severely weakened it. This one appears to have no such defect.
