This starter kit from Bad Boy includes closed-palm grappling/striking gloves, which have a moisture-wicking liner beneath the surface. Padding is dual-layered, with EVA foam and Gel Infusion Technology. One pair of focus targets with wrist straps and elastic expansion cuff. One polyurethane jump rope (9 ft) with ABS handles. Size selection is for the MMA gloves, which are offered in S/M or L/XL.

| To determine correct size, measure the distance across the lowest knuckles (the knuckles you punch with) of the 4 upper fingers (all the fingers except the thumb). Measure by laying knuckles flat on a ruler. If you'll be wearing with handwraps, measure with wraps on.
