      This little item really works your core. Add it to your usual routine and feel the difference. This is a GREAT price, quickly shipped, and the only reason I don't give it five stars is because it's plastic, and it may not hold up. Also the nubbies are hard to sit on, as you see the girl doing in the photo! For balance work and leg strength- this is your board.

      best price on the web

      I searched all over the web including eBay, for this product and this was by far the cheapest. Shipping was quick, and the whole transaction was completely smooth.
