I really like the clear face shield idea, and wish there were more products on the market. I like the ventilation holes on this shield, but the optics leave much to be desired. There are visible wavy lines that distort vision through the shield. Also, it came with no instructions, and IMO was not a that good fit for the padded headgear. Rather overpriced for the quality.

I have owned many training bags in the past - this one is one of the better products available. It is very versatile, and can take as much abuse as you care to dish out. I like the adjustable height feature. The product itself is very light compared against the 200 lb standing bags that you have to fill with sand or water. This one has no hassle of filling, and does not take up room on the floor.
