The Body Opponent Bag (BOB) is designed with the proportions and shape of a real person making it a much better tool than regular heavy bags when learning holds, body shots, or training in any form of self defense. The 'skin' is made from rugged plastisol with an inner cavity of high-density foam, and has the consistency and feel of real human skin.
