Hi Tyler. Yes, this bag can handle daily usage. The bag material is very durable and the neck has built in flexibility which prevents cracking. This bag is quite good for kicking since you can target a bit better than heavy bags, however it doesn't allow for low kicking which in some styles can be slightly hampering.

Theres a kid i want to get this for, he wants to just learn 2 defend himself better. Would this be a good item for him 2 practice fighting on? Also, whats the lowest height it can get? Permalink

I don't have the exact number for how low it can get, but it is low enough for children use. Probably around the 4 foot mark.

This would be a great option for your kid in question.
