This double end ball has two rubber tie-down straps; one attached at the top and one at the bottom. This eliminates excess sway and makes the bag bounce back quickly, making it easier to perform raid, accurate punches and develop faster reflexes. This double end ball has a thick leather exterior shell and has been triple-reinforced with nylon stitching to make sure it can withstand even the most rigorous and intense training sessions.
