Good Product

I purchased an eagle catcher here from the karate depot and I've been working with it for a good while now and I find it to be a very useful product for building strength in the hands and wrists.Like any workout product it's best combined with a wide variety of complimentary exercises..Overall it is a very useful tool and I'm pleased I purchased one to add to the list of my many hand training products and exercises..It's a helpful product and I enjoy using it..Anything that can help me condition my body better for Shohei-Ryu karate, the style that I study is very welcome..
