    There's a new fitness fad every week and I've avoided most of the infomercials I saw. This looked simple enough... They are sturdy and because I'm not destroying my wrists or even knuckles, I can do far more. I think the biggest gain is because you can go deeper, stretching your chest and really working your shoulders. I'm not completely following the regimen but I'm seeing my arms getting bigger. Hasn't done anything for my stomach as of yet.

    The quality is good and the SEALs exercise chart is helpfull. I had a hard time, but I think I had them too far in and high. If I put them about where my shoulders are, it's still difficult for me to do but I can do 12 right now.

    The handles make it easier on my wrist because I don't have to bend them (or do knuckle pushups) and the twisting motion is way easier on the joints. I feel it in my delts rather than inside my shoulders.
