Started off real good. NIce stiff rope, good weight in the handles. Within a week of jumping on hard rubber gym mats, the rope started to become worn. Not a proble if using on a smooth surface but tends to hang up on the rubber floors. Wish they had a 10 footer as I cannot get the 9 footer to cross over.

Excellent

Much heavier than the last rope I bought. Both the heavier leather rope and the weighted handles provide a better work out. The 9ft length is great for a 6'00" like me. Offers more range of motion for the arms, hands, and wrists. The heavy rope has more momentum and is less likely to get tangled in the feet while jumping. I've been jumping 30 minutes every morning for the last several years and the thinner ropes (Everlast and other generic leather ropes) break after about a year at the handles or the center where they hit the floor.
