This rope provides an awesome workout but be careful not to twist an ankle if you step on it. After using it a couple of times the foam handles start to slide off and because of poor construction the handles don't rotate in the socket very well making the rope twist on itself. I made two modifications to it:
1) Remove the screws from the handle assembly and heavily grease the inside rim. BEFORE REASSEMBLING
2) Remove the foam grips they'll slide off when you use it anyway and apply either a spray on adhesive or rubber cement (allow to dry for a few minutes) to the handle,slide the grip over the end only and fill foam tube with acetone(it will act as a lubricant then evaporate)then quickly slide grip into place. Use acetone to clean up any excess glue etc.
Reassemble handles be sure to tighten screws and enjoy or whatever you do with a five pound rope?
