The kind of workout mat the gym uses

it's dense, high quality, long...everything I wanted in a mat for my college age nephew. though bulkier than a typical yoga mat, the exercise mat is perfect for long bodies and the extra padding was much appreciated. the straps eliminate the need for the a carrying case. all in all, an excellent product at a very reasonable price. got a little nervous on the shipping time, but no worries, it got here on the 23rd. This item item is ideal for sit-ups or other exercise routines. A great price with free ship&hand.I shopped the Net and found none cheaper for a Harbinger or as good. ProductReview.Good, no slide surface,decent comfort,easy to clean and put away. Permalink

Durafoam Mat is perfect for Pilates practice!

The Harbinger Durafoam Mat is the perfect thickness and texture for Pilates practice. It provides more cushioning for joints than a yoga mat, which is important with all the repetitive movements and body alignments in Pilates. It's also easy to clean, carry and store between uses. I also incorporate it with resistance ball work, strength training and stretching. It is durable (still in great shape after 4 years) and reasonably priced. Permalink
