This interval timer by Top Contender is important to many serious training routines. The timer gives various interval options to fit each individuals needs. Round lengths can be set from 2, 3 or 4 minute at a time with rest periods of 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds. The timer can be set with or with out interval periods. It also features a different sound to indicate the start or finish of a round and interval, which prevents confusion.
