The Navman R300 is the first device of its kind targeted specifically for runners and provides a range of features that give you the tools you need to have a more efficient and effective workout. The R300 is worn comfortably around the arm and its display is large and easy-to-read, unlike most pedometers which are tiny and usually have to be clipped to your pants. The R300 tracks volumes of pertinent information during your work out, some of which includes; current speed, current pace, average speed, average pace, distance traveled, maximum speed, lap distance, lap time, pace and speed target zones even current altitude. The R300 also records up to 50 lap times and stores them so you can measure improvement and progress. It also shows the date, time and can show speed and pace in MPH or KPH. The Navman works by using the latest GPS (Global Positioning System) technology to take its measurements, rather then cumbersome, clunky, and often difficult-to-perform stride calculations often used by pedometers. The Navman features simple set up process with quick and easy operation, just walk outside and turn it on, the Navman gets all its information on its own, you don't need to input anything yourself! The Navman R300 is a powerful tool that enables you to get much more out of your workout, making it more efficient and effective than pedometers and heart rate monitors.
