I bought this for my 7 year old son and its a great product. Its perfect for his size. If your an adult it would be more of a punching shield for you, but great for kids. Permalink

This shield is a good buy nice and thick. Only thing is, it's too small for me its more like a target then a shield. I have a Massive side kick I can only use it on Punching bags. But this is still good. Permalink

Excellent shields. The only thing that might make them better is to manufacture this product with an adjustable hand grip. Overall, I would rate this as being excellent in terms of quality and value for your $$. Permalink

This shield is not only good for kicking but it is also good for weapons training. We use these shields in Kenjutsu tournaments and they work great. Permalink

When I hold this shield it is very comfortable, when I kick it, it is very powerful. I not only use this shield for kicking but I use it for punching as well. A great product and a great price! Permalink
