The Elite Muay Thai Power Shield is made from a durable layer of rip-resistant vinyl and filled with multiple layers of shock absorbing foam, this shield is the perfect tool for increasing the power, speed and accuracy of your punches and kicks. Measuring 9" across, 17" tall and 3" thick this shield is also good for practicing your knee and elbow strikes. The Elite Muay Thai Power Shiel has two adjustable arm straps on the back of the shield, with a rubber coated nylon handle on top of them. This handle system enables the shield to be securely held, even during powerful impacts. The shield can be hung on the wall or held on the forearm, increasing its versatility.
