I got this because I have cerebral palsy and it the only equipment I found that can help me become flexible. It should be recommended to doctors and people with my disability. Wish I had it years ago. Permalink

First of those new to the arts. Always be careful using stretchers, but if you are going to buy one this would be one to get, its a very sturdy construction but at the same time light weight enough to slide around the floor and hide in a corner for when company comes to visit. I was also highly impressed with how comfortable I was, the back support is a great improvement over previous models and forces you to keep a straight back while stretching out... which is always important. This product has met my expectations quite well. It's fairly well-built and the guide wheels are large enough to allow them to move freely even over thin carpet. Another nice feature is that the crank wheel turns easily enough, but you don't have to hang onto it in order to hold your stretch. Well worth the money. Permalink

I was somewhat skeptical of stretching equipment, but I'm very happy with the quality of the equipment and quality of the stretch. It's small enough to allows me to keep it out of site, but powerful enough to help me some great stretches. Has improved my stretch tremendously. I know several people that now have the same equipment and are enjoying it. Thanks Permalink
