Like the other guy said, cheap and works just as well. After having it for 1 1/2 weeks, my front kick went up 7 inches, and my sidekick is 5 inches higher. Quick results if used in routine. Permalink

This stretcher works really good, and best is it doesnt cost 200 dollars. It stretches almost as good as the other ones but for cheaper. Permalink
