Expanding hand compartment
Hook and loop wrist strap
Can be worn with or without MMA style gloves

Curved focus mitts that are highly maneuverable and perfect for strike training. The key to these particular mitts is the expandable hand compartment, which allows the holder to wear MMA style gloves while also wearing the mitts. The result is significantly less hassle when changing from mitt work, to sparring, to bag work, and back.

The elastic based hand compartment is secured via a hook and looop strap, for a tight fit no matter what.
