They fit nice and snug and comfortable. Coverage in the toe area is a little light but not bad. Overall protection for the instep is very, very good and that was what I was looking for. You can hit something fairly solid and they take the blow and don't put it thru to your instep bruising it. They are light in weight and have a good texture for gripping the floor. The bottom almost grips to well making spinning moves more awkward and necessary to relearn some spinning moves such as spinning back kicks and spin hooks. They are lightweight and that is a great feature as well. All in all a good buy for the money.
