wp-ni-13 Short Tabi Boots

3 out of 5 stars

For shoes that are supposed to be silent, these are pretty noisy. The sole is just fine, but the velcro attachment is absurd. Whose idea was it to put velcro on Tabi boots? Every bend of the ankle is accompanied by the velcro creaking and popping, making it impossible to sneak.
Other users have said these are absolutely silent. How did you silence the velcro, please?
Besides the velcro, these are very light and comfortable shoes. I recommend ordering one (or even two) sizes smaller to ensure a snug fit. I wear a 9, and ordered a 7, which fit perfectly.
I plan on removing the velcro and adding laces to make these shoes suitable for stealth.

un-st-47 Student Karate Pants with Elastic Waistband

5 out of 5 stars

They fit well and are comfortable to practice in. They are also heavy enough to give a nice pop at the end of your kicks.

bx-ac-10 180" Hand Wraps

4 out of 5 stars

I'm no expert on hand wraps, as this is my first pair, but I am happy with them. Putting them on is still a bit awkward because it's hard to keep it from getting twisted. I'm sure there is some technique that I just don't know. Once they are on, I feel awesome. :)
I am VERY satisfied with the price!

wp-nu-62 Black Traditional Nunchaku

4 out of 5 stars

As another reviewer mentioned, the cord isn't as long as it appears in the picture. Still, it was very easy to remove and add a longer and stronger cord. I am quite satisfied. Can't beat the price!

bx-bg-34 Weighted Bag Gloves

5 out of 5 stars

I've used these gloves for several months doing intensive bag workouts and they have been great. My speed has increased a lot, and the gloves are holding up very well. This is a great product for strength, speed, and endurance training.

cl-sh-29 Cotton Sole Kung Fu Shoes

5 out of 5 stars

I love these shoes. The price is stunning, and they are very well made. I thought the cotton soles would be very soft, but it is about 1/4 inch thick, very tightly woven layers, and it harder than you might expect cotton to be, but very very comfortable. I've been using them to practice every night for a week, and they show no signs of wearing down. Even if they did wear out in a month, they're so cheap that replacing them would be a snap! The only thing you should watch out for is practicing on a slick surface (linoleum, tiling, hard wood, etc) because they are slippery. For comparison, I'm sure everyone has slid across their kitchen in their socks. That's how it feels. Carpet, dojo padding, concrete, grass, dirt, everything else has wonderful grip. They also offer rubber soled shoes that I assume have better grip on slick surfaces, but I have not tried them. Just be careful on anything slick, don't hurt yourself. The only thing I could suggest to improve this product is a small draw string to tighten the back of the shoe against your ankle and keep it from slipping off. It has flown off once or twice on very fast snapping front kicks. All in all a great product.
