Size of Belt

Hi everyone my name is Lionel and ive been in Karate for 7 years and ive been out for 4 years long story short I forgot the sizing for a belt i am a second degree black belt and im about 6 feet tall and weight at about 160 lbs any idea what the size of belt I may need i believe I am a 6 or 7 I dont remember for sure thanks!! Hey Leo. The best approach is to check out what size uniform you have. If you wear a size 6 uniform a size 6 belt will probably be good for you.

Off of the info you have gave me here my guesstimation would be a 6.
