Product Description

425gsm "hybrid tech" weave jacket (single piece construction)
Rubberized canvas collar
Triple-stitched seams
8 oz. cotton twill pants
Reinforced knee padding
Rope drawstring
White belt included free

Tatami's new Nova BJJ Gi is light and comfortable without any flash or flair. Like the rest of Tatami's current line of Gis, the Nova has a rubberized collar, triple-stitched stress points, and double reinforced knee padding. This improved collar allows faster drying and keeps the natural shape of the Gi jacket preserved.

The fabrics used are what really separates this model from the rest of the Tatamis. Nova jackets are built from a unique Hybrid Tech Weave, which is noticeably comfy without feeling weak or stretchy when your opponent gets their grips. The pants are a breathable 8 oz cotton twill with a rope drawstring.

White belt included.

Great, solid gi!

I purchased this gi for my husband who just started Jiu Jitsu. He has found that it is very comfortable and lightweight. Overall a solid, reliable gi. Karate Depot also has the BEST price! Permalink

Top good, pant's stink

Top is good and lightweight. Probably on of the best tops I've owned and I've been doing BJJ for over 14 yrs. The pants however, well let's put it this way, in 14 yrs, I've torn 2 pairs of pants. One pair was used 3 times a week for over a year until it finally gave out. These pants were used a total of 5 times before it tore. I understand it's a budget gi, but nevertheless, tearing pants after 5 uses suck either way.
