I bought this Gi (in Blue) for my brother after buying my black double weave Judo uniform, and it is obvious that his is much lighter and less stiff than mine, but with the same durability and excellent quality as the double weave. This is the best Gi for under $100 and better than most over $100! We practice for 3 hours a day and we can say this Gi will last a life-time.  Permalink

Of all my Gi's this is my favorite Gi. The weight is heavier than other light Gi's as you see in TKD or Karate. It is also very thick. It is a very strong Gi that will last you a life-time. The tinted white/light beige color you see in the picture from the website is the actual color when the Gi comes in. It is reinforced very well in the pants as well as the top.
The only flaw is in ordering it. Usually the arms don't match the leg length meaning that the GI's arms will come too long for your proper pants/height size. Unless of course you have very long arms. I sew mine in my free time to the proper length. Maybe they have fixed that problem at Golden Tiger, maybe not. I don't know.
It's overall weight, feel, thickness, and durability make it my favorite Gi among my many uniforms. This type of uniform is for those who have not yet reached black belt yet and wants a high quality Gi.  Permalink

I ordered this gi for my 9 year old daughter according to the sizing chart. It was about 2 sizes to large. Overall the product was made of great quality but I recommend you order 2 sizes smaller than you need.   Permalink
