San Setsu-Kon Nunchucks

I was expecting the 3 piece staff (totaling 6 feet), but this is just as described a 3 piece NUNCHUCK. That is certainly better for me anyway because if each section were any longer I'd have octagon shaped bruises on my face. Really a fun weapon to use, especially if you enjoy traditional nunchaku. *Please note that the center nunchuck is a slightly different color than the outer two (not shown in the picture). In the two pair that I ordered, one middle chuck was slightly lighter, one was slightly darker. Didn't look bad at all though. Permalink

Very nice bo, smooth finish.

Tapered Hardwood Bo

This bo is at least 30 or 40% lighter than the striaght hardwood bo of the same price, making it faster. This might be better for performance (speed) and the straight one for training (strength). This only lost a star because the one I recieved had a few tiny scratches on the ends. No big deal, it'll be getting plenty more from use anyway. Permalink

Pain free way to master nunchaku

Rubber Foam Nunchucks

This product is probably the best way to build your speed, technique, and confidence with your nunchaku. Because they are light, they are EXTREMELY fast (if you want them to be) and great for practicing in the house without fear of breaking anything. The perfect way to try out those new moves, double nunchuck techniques, and other things you may not want to try right away with a wooden or metal pair. Also makes a great stocking stuffer for Christmas! Permalink

Perfect sparring weapon.

Full Contact Long Sword - Choken (40 inches)

This chanbara (padded sword) is excellently designed. The grip is solid, and the sword itself is very sturdy for a padded weapon. Just the right mix of stiffness and padding to simulate a real sword fight without anyone losing an arm. I have seen a few broken ones in class, but I believe there is a one year warranty for that anyway. Highly recommended. Permalink

Great bo for building strength

Straight Hardwood Bo

Practicing with this bo (I purchased the 6' version) will only increase your bo skills and speed. It is a bit heavier than other bos I have used and also thicker. More traditional than a competetion type bo, and highly recommended to train with. Also, when you consider shipping is a flat $2.95 for anything, you can't beat it. Permalink

Octagon Cord Nunchucks

These are a great pair of silent wood nunchacku to add to your collection. Extrememly well balanced, good quality wood, and very quiet when practicing. It's worth picking up a few pairs at this price! Permalink
