Versaflex

I bought one of these about 3 years ago. This is the only stretching machine that I have used. It provides good support on the knees and back. The pulling crank provides nice increments of tension. My biggest problem with this is the release of the stretch. You have to increase the stretch to release the tension on the crank, then use your own muscles to control the speed at which you pull you legs back together.

Complete Middleweight Traditional Uniform

This is my favorite gi. I have a white and black full gi and a red jacket of the same style. I really like the weight of the fabric. I'm 6'1 and 220 lbs, the size 6 works well. We do a lot of grabs and this gi has never torn (except for the tie strings)

Complete Student Drawstring Waist Uniform

This gi is very light weight and comfortable. This is a great gi for anyone who is starting karate and wants to minimize the cost. It's also a good summertime gi.

No-Slip Medicine Balls

The texture is really good and easy for the exercises that require passing between partners. I've been very please with these. I have purchases all 7 sizes.

Bob XL

BOB has become one of my best training partners. I adjust the height and work on my kicks to the head for different sized opponents. Then I take the body off the stand and practice mounted elbow strikes and punches to the head. This bag is a great tool for improving the accuracy of techniques.

XL Hydrocore

I have bought several bags over the years and this one has to be my favorite hanging bag. The water filled core absorbs the blows really well keeping the bag from swinging too much on hand techniques. I really like the consistent padding from the top to the bottom that you don't get from canvas bags. I recommend this bag to anyone considering a hanging bag.

Rival Punch *CLOSEOUT*

These pads have a good fit and do a good job covering the knuckles. We do a lot of sparring and these provide good protection and typically last about a year.
