These mitts are great for the money. They are comfortable, and work well when working on punches and hand techniques. The only problem I've had is the fact that a person with a larger hands might have trouble putting them on. My brothers and I own a dojo, both of them have larger hands than I do, and I'm the only one who can wear them comfortably. My hands are by no means small, but my brothers' are by all means large. If you hands are average size you will have no trouble wearing these mitts. Also, you should NOT use these mitts for kicking. Toenails can cut them up pretty bad. However, I'm very satisfied with the quality of these mitts for the price I paid.  Permalink
