Black Karate Pants
Just received a pair of these for the first time and the label is actually black with red letters and logo so it's not like a 'sore thumb sticking out', do not know if they are all like though. They feel durable too. Great price.

White Wax Octagon Cord Nunchaku
These waxwood are nice for training, especially the beginner. I have bought three sets so far, two as gifts to other people and kept a set for myself. Going to buy another set for my collection. Of course I always restring mine to my 3 to 4 finger lenght between batons with paracord.

Karate Pants
These are really nice, especially for $14.95. Not sure of your size, the chart down under comments help or go to the 'Live Chat' at the bottom of the page, they helped me out. I washed mine in warm water and there was very little shrinkage.

White Wax Wood Escrima
just purchased one of these waxwood escrima sticks, it a perfect size and weight. As stated below by karatekid2, it is slippery, especially in the colder says when the hands are dried out. I wrapped the handle as usual. Foto below.

White Wax Wood Escrima
I would wrap one end with cloth friction tape then on the end you finished with the wrap I apply liquid tape so the seem doesn't peel back. The wrap starts about an 1 1/2" from the butt end and is about 8" wrapped. Home Depot has the cloth friction tape and liquid electrical tape (3M) and Lowes should have it too. Foto attached.

Octagon Cord Nunchucks
I agree with some of the other posters, these chuks are nice (why I'm buying another set) but always re-string these with para-cord and to your desired lenght. I like mine 3 to 4 fingers width apart(putting fingers together sideways between batons) which is less reach but much better control. It's the way Grandmaster Soken taught in his era to me.

Black Traditional Nunchaku
for the price they are great. The only thing though I would restring them with para-cord. I like mine 3 to 4 fingers distance apart, typical Okinawan Matsumura Seito lenght as was recommended to me by Grandmaster Soken and Hanshi Kise.

Answer to:
Hi Just starting out at 52 never used them before looks like in need 14 inch set. are there any . . .
Octagon Cord Nunchucks
Best thing is find someone that knows how to use them. In the beginning and agreeing with okiken on the lenght of cord (I go 3 to 4 fingers myself) I would stay away from the foam, completely different feel and refrain from the flips and tricks at least for a while. If you do not know anyone, I would say check YouTube out for demos. Either way, if you use them alot, you will still occasionally get bumbs at times, hopefully not on the head though, I still do after even after 42 years. Another warning, striking a punching/kick bag with these inncorrectly, they will bounce back at you.
