I'm happy to say we have been able to come to an acceptable resolution to this unfortunate situation. In looking at the order, it did in fact ship to the customer the following business day. Unfortunately, the courier returned the order to KarateDepot with no information thus leaving us to assume it was "refused".

In communicating with the customer we were able to clear up the confusion and are shipping his order out to him today. We are terribly sorry for the delay this caused and are glad the customer was willing to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We will continue to work towards ensuring these types of situations can be avoided in the future.
