Instep Guard



I had painful contusions on my instep from kicking elbows in TKD sparring. I wore these over the normal sparring foot gear (the kind that fit snug with toe holes cut out), and they allowed me to spar while my instep was healing. They also have kept my foot bruise-free ever since (even though I continue to kick elbows!)
