Bag ok, Customer Service total screw-ups

Uppercut Bag



I like the uppercut bag. It fits little crooked but very snug on my wavemaster so its ok.

It's the total screwed up customer service I want to rant about (probably this review will get deleted).

First off they sent me something I did not order which was a Jr size chest contact vest. I try to return it thinking it was put on my credit card. After 5+ emails no one could handle the return. They kept saying send the invoice inside of the box so they would issue me a return label. Well there was not a invoice in the box. I try to send them packing slip as their tracer. But no one would send me a return label or confirm credit on my card account for this wrong shippment. Finally after 2 weeks some women called me with a "I have to do this attitude" and try to explain to her the entire problem. Well it turns out I was not charged for this wrong shippment and could have just dumped the order into the trash without trouble. But I try to do the right thing and return it anyway. Finally the women said they will send a return label sounding like they were doing me a favor. Stupid people - it was their error and I was trying to help them by returning this item. Total F-up'ed customer service.
