Great priced dummy

Legged Grappling Dummy - 70

So far, I'm really liking my throwing dummy. I have a hard time coordinating schedules with training partners, and while the dummy isn't the same as practicing actual sparring with a live partner, it's GREAT for working on high repetition throwing drills and fundamentals that would probably make for a very sore live partner. Also, if you'd like to work on your throws and don't have access to any mats, the dummy's great to work out with in your backyard.

My only complaint about it is the arms are sewn on the front of the dummy instead of the sides--it makes it doable but difficult to get a gi jacket on it. If you buy one, you need at least a size 6 gi jacket to fit it. Overall, though, if you don't have 6-800 dollars to drop on one of those fancy jointed dummies, this one is great for a LOT cheaper. And, dirt cheap shipping compared to other places!
