Interesting tool...

Ninja Shuko Hand Claws (pair)

I gave these only 3 stars due to two majoy reasons: 1.The strap that goes around my wrist will not stay clasped. I had to construct a better strap in order to get these to work. I used a clasp version that is working great now!
2. Not enough room on the top part of the hand section when actually grasping something. I've just started trying to fix this problem...if I can get the metal to bend slightly (which is hard because it's good quality metal).
Also, for an "upgrade" I've added a slightly padded pair of leather gloves with the fingers cut out. This added some much needle padding.

Upon testing the strength of the "claws" I have found them to be VERY sturdy. I weight 180 and just one will hold my weight.

Interesting side note: If one was so inclined, the claw feature could be worn on the upper side of the hand with some modifications to the mesh. Just another way to use this as a self defense tool. = )

Well built

Outdoor Tabi Boots

Now, these may not be the best thing for wearing on ice or snow, but they are very well constructed. The velcro holds together better then I thought it would; I have yet to have a boot come undone.
It did take me a little getting used to having the big toe seperated from the others but within a few minutes of walking around I hardly noticed. I do STRONGLY suggest getting the socks sold on this site to wear with these boots. I tried regular socks (tucking in the toe) but that was uncomfortable.
Unlike the Ninja uniform, I found these boots a bit cold...I live in Maine and it's fall now. To remedy this I play on wearing a pair of cut off socks (like those old leg warms they wore back in the 80's (GAWD!). lol

I choose the boot version over the shoe for more versatile weapon carrying options.

Great feel!

Authentic Ninja Uniform with Hood and Mask Set

Surprisingly, with all the different parts to this uniform, it is very fluid in movement. Plus, it's very comfortable and adjustable.
The only thing I don't like is that I was told to order a size larger but as it turns out, that was a mistake and now I'll have to take it in a bit...no biggie at all!
The hood part fits great, as well.

Nice strong beautiful wooden Bokken

Bokken

I've made several of my own in the past, mostly for looks. This is the first one I bought and I am very pleased with it.
It is a bit heavier then a sword the same size but that is good to strengthen your muscles. The grip is constructed well and I really like that the hilt is removable. The only thing I didn't care for was the machine made feel/sand marks. But, I am picky as I make my own and I make them very smooth. But, for what its worth (a stick you hit other sticks with) it's AWESOME!
