    im 25.5 centimeters (cm)in converse (well and in all the shoes etc) what size should i get?

    the 2 question is that if it will come me with this uniform:

    If i am 25.5 cm what size should i get? also i asked for shipping inofrmation they answered me that it should take whith the cheapest shipping would take 5-7 days so if i order for it tomorrow if its true its 5-7 days the in would have to get between 20-22 of october but when im doing the check out where it ask me what shipping method i want it says that with the cheapest it should arrive between 25-26 who is saying the true?!

    im 5 feet 2 inches tall (157cm) but im only 100lbs(45 kg) should i buy small or medium i dont want that the uniform its to small but i dont want a feet between my uniform and i ?! what should i get
