    Overall good bo

    Tapered Hardwood Bo



    I just got the bo (6ft) and it's a really good bo in my opinion. A bit on the heavier side though. Which is a good thing. In some of my demo's, I have a bo and it gets hit fairly hard. Also, it is a good bo if you want to build arm strength. I'm sure after a few weeks or months time, it will be MUCH easier to be able to do the spins and throws and whatnot. :D Love it.

    Shock Doctor Gel Max Mouth Guard



    Would it just shape to my mouth without putting it in boiling water or dies it take the imprint of my teeth by wearing it a few times? I only had one of those cheapy mouth guards and because of my teeth, I had to put it on my bottom teeth. (My canines kinda curve and touch the teeth next to my front teeth and overlap a little) So, would this be a good mouth guard would you think?

    Shock Doctor Gel Max Mouth Guard



    I have an 11 year old girl and was wondering if I should buy her an adult mouthguard or youth. She has the 1.98 one in an adult and said it was too big. Should I get the youth or are these mouthguards sized differently?

    Demo team
    Tapered Hardwood Bo



    I just joined the demo team and I need a bo staff. I want a tapered hardwood one and I thought this would be a good one. Would this be good enough to get hit hard a lot? Since I have some demos that I need to block or even to do a weapon kata I'd probably use this. Thanks, Angie.

    Which bo is right for me?

    I am around 5 foot 4 and all I see is a 5ft bo staff. I was wondering, should I just get the 5ft one, or wait for the 6ft one to come in?

    Best headgear and excellent price

    Kuma Headgear



    It fits perfectly and yet I'm only a white belt, the first time I sparred against a green belt, I bet him 4 to 5 with the help of the equipment. It was a very low price because if you go to somewhere else it would be around a min. of $30 and the highest I've seen around was $90 which I don't have the budget to be getting stuff THAT expensive.

    New Fire and Ice T-Shirt



    I just bought white sparring gear. The head gear, shoes, gloves and mouth guard and it was for one very low price of 49.95 now if I were to get this at my dojo it would be 90$ so here was the best place I could find it at. Now i'm anxiously waiting for my sparring gear to come and I plan on doing business with you again sometime.
