Answer to: which are these?
Power Hands (bag mitt replacement) *CLOSEOUT*

I'd say this is really closer to a bag glove. the fingerless design makes it look like some glove-like handwraps, but it really a fingerless bag glove

Answer to: how thick is it? is it a good mat?
Harbinger Three Part Mat

It's 2 inches thick. It is considered a good mat and is also easy to carry. If you are very tall, you may be comfortable with a longer mat (like tr-ma-22) which comes in 24 x 72 (12 inches longer)... but this is one of the thickest mats you'll find, and the carrying convenience is very well-liked.

Answer to: Hello, i am thinking of buying a Nunchaku and was wondering about the length. It says that a the nunchakus . . .
Black Traditional Nunchaku

It actually depends on how big your forearms are - a nunchaku should be about the same length as the distance between the center of your palm and your elbow. The average nunchaku length is 12 inches. Good luck :)

Authentic Ninja Uniform with Hood and Mask Set

Hi. I think you'll find the sizing chart at the bottom of the page to be helpful. Your son is probably a size small, but you'll want to check his exact height and weight against the chart below. The ninja uniform sizes are also matched up to regular clothing sizes, which should also help you in deciding what to buy. Thanks!

Answer to: Im not in Kung-Fu karate but in Kuk Sool Won how would i be able to improve = hand/eye coordination . . .
Kime Bag

Hi, Lu.

It's true that the Kime Bag is used primarily by people who practice Kung Fu, but it is really used by all martial artists. If you use it as instructed, it will improve hand-eye coordination as well as strengthen your fingers and hands - just like it would for Kung Fu practitioners.

If you want more a more detailed demonstration or how to use this bag, it might be helpful to ask your instructor. An instructor would also know if there are specific exercises you should do with the bag that would be particularly relevant to Kuk Sool Won.

Let us know if we can be of any more help!
