Great weapon, it is a well balanced piece. I recommend these for anyone for practice and for tournament use.

The video, had pretty much little to no explanation of the movements. This video is great if you are already able to study movement analysis, also having an understanding of basics of Capoeira, such as movement in the Ganga will help in understanding this video. The video quality had a sweeping effect to everything. Overall it was an alright video, I don't believe it was worth the money.

The nunchucks came in quickly which is a plus, and I am satisfied with the quality of the Nunchuncks. They are a little heavier then I expected them to be. The only thing that kind of bothered me was the fact that they were so short. Other than that this is a great product to have for practice or display.
