This is a truly good staff overall. It is lightweight and very fast. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good durable staff. The only thing is if you want to create a Kata or Form with it, it is not a good staff for ''sticking'' a strike, but it is good for just about everthing else.

I have been full contact sparring with this bo for about three weeks and I have seen no damage done to the bo. Great flexibility and balance. I would recommend this to anyone who spars frequently.

I beat this staff on many surfaces, great flexibility and durability. Never used in combat thankfully.

Great when doing a hand to hand combat form. Lightweight and fast, they can take a beating. When they do break though, they explode.
