I love this staff. I also have another rattan staff which is much stiffer, but frankly I enjoy the flexibility because it opens up options for a couple of interesting moves (disarming, for example). I leave this one at my dojahng during the winter since it is too cold to practice outside, and it is the preferred staff by the instructors for demonstrating forms over the hardwood and other rattan staffs they have. Plus, you can't beat the price. Permalink

Chippy Staff

This staff is flexible but chips away very easily. I recommend this staff, but it's not very good for combat. Permalink

I ordered the 6ft version of this bo, and let me tell you, I love it! It's light, flexible, and quite sturdy.
I recommend it for anyone who is going into bo tricking. Great Bo for a great price! Permalink

this bo is awesomely light great for doing your thing love how its flex able feel great in your hands smooth haven't sparred with it yet but I bet it would hold up! great buy Permalink
