      Its a wooden knife, enough said.

      I haven't broken any hardwood tantos yet, and don't expect too. Heavy contact with a knife doesn't occur often. The finish wears of if you scrape them up, but I don't mind. The hardwood tanto is not sharp, and only has a slight point, so it is perfect for knife training. It feels good in your hand as well.

      A great pratice weapon

      Just started practicing self defense with knifes in class the other day and decided to buy my own tanto. It is made of hard wood and weights proportionality so. Over all a great practice weapon.

      A great practice tool

      Part of my training is in the use of and defense against blades. This is a surprisingly beautiful wooden training tanto. It is the perfect size, diameter, and weight. Very impressed. Thank you.

      No, not pink. That's just a trick of the lighting. It is a natural hardwood color.

      Smaller than expected

      The picture on the website definitely makes it look bigger. Still it is fun to use nonetheless. Much better than the plastic knife I was using before.

      a fun little extra

      The hardwood tanto is a fun little extra to play with while sparring. It's great to pull out randomly to catch your partner off guard. It was smaller then I expected but it is a knife after all. If would be a great product if made out of white oak but for what it is and the cheap price is a nice buy.
