Probably not Anthony as this is made with material for metal stars. I have to say though I've never personally tried it.

Hey Avous - I've never tried it with bo shuriken, but I believe it would be fine. They would probably chew the target up quicker than regular shuriken, but since the targets are inexpensive I'd say give it a shot!

I bought this target board so I could throw inside. I was worried shuriken, spikes, knives, and darts would bounce around the room and break things. At first the board was stiff and throwing objects had to be at full force in order to stay in the board, but after about a week the board really loosened up and now it is like butter. The board is a nice size, not to big, not to small, and it has both of the graphics displayed here. One side featuring ninja with scoring for playing games with other throwers, and the other side features the dragon, which is my preference. This is a great tool for training and accuracy practice.
