I bought these from a store near my bujinkan and they are awesome great and ideal for a ninjutsu practitioner like me ^_^ except I got extensions for the holder but all in all 5 ***** Permalink

These spikes are awesome. They don't dull easily (unless you use hardwood targets, or you hit cement) All the people who wrote bad reviews obviously have no prior experience with throwing weapons. At about 10 ft away, I can get them within two inches of the point I'm aiming for and they work perfectly: I've had mine for almost a year, and I haven't had to sharpen them yet! (And I do use them regularly: at least once a week) Permalink

Spikes hold up decently. The tips will bend slightly after a while of use. They came sooner than expected. They said 2 weeks, instead it was 2 days!) I would suggest getting 2 of these sets. Permalink

These aren't the best shuriken that I have bought, but they are actually durable to most throws. The tips seem to bend after some use. The wrist and forearm straps seem to be a little small. But overall, I'm somewhat pleased with what I bought. Permalink

I purchased these months ago, and to this point still cannot manage to throw them at a high enough efficiency level for me to consider them realistic. If you throw one and miss your target it is nearly impossible to find them even with tape on one end. The ends dull quickly, and over time the rods bend, and since they are so high carbon you cannot bend them back properly. The holder is good, however I had to get velcro extenders to make it fit around my arm comfortably. I am 5 8 at 150 lbs, so you can imagine how small it is. Wear the sheath with the spikes against your skin, otherwise they fall out. Permalink

These are far superior to the copper spikes that I make. The only thing I didn't like was the carrying pouch. It makes concealing them hard without cutting off blood circulation. Permalink

I just got them in the mail. They work like a charm like i said in my last review. But i already lost one in the lawn. Very frustrating, so I would reccomend wrapping the ends with red tape or something just so they're easier to find. Still five stars. I'm going to order another set so i'll have five spikes. Fun to use, and of solid build. The point has broken off of one of them, but it is still useable. The handy wrist holster is nice as well. I enjoy using these bo shuriken on an almost daily basis. Permalink
