Well unfortunately for me i never received my order. I ordered two of these nun chucks on 7/18/09. and have yet to receive my order. I just canceled the order. Buyer beware if it's not in stock don't but it because you'll never know when the order will come in. Permalink

These chucks aren't so durable and you may have to restring them to get to your required length but they are good for combat. All I can say is buy ball bearing chain chucks it may not be as quiet as traditional ones but you'll like them alot better Permalink

I have been using these about fifteen minutes a day for about ten days and the nylon cord is already starting to fray. They should have sanded the hole for the cord before assembly. The chucks are a nice weight. Permalink

I haven't used a pair of these in a long time. So getting back into the habit was a bit of a chore. I was greatly satisfied with the weight and handling, I even taught my 12 year old niece in about three days. If you are a novice to a seasoned vet and you are looking for something to use for practice, you will be satisfied. Permalink
