I have been using these about fifteen minutes a day for about ten days and the nylon cord is already starting to fray. They should have sanded the hole for the cord before assembly. The chucks are a nice weight.

I haven't used a pair of these in a long time. So getting back into the habit was a bit of a chore. I was greatly satisfied with the weight and handling, I even taught my 12 year old niece in about three days. If you are a novice to a seasoned vet and you are looking for something to use for practice, you will be satisfied.

They are very nice and they are very durable, in all the hours I have worked with them they have only received a little damage.
