The wood is light and fast, but are not as smooth as the pic makes them look. The wood wears out fast, but overall it is worth the money for a beginner.

The weight is adequate and the use of it is fine, but the picture looks much nicer than the actual nunchuks. Don't buy this if you plan on using it for aesthetics. The wood looks cheap and is not as smooth as expected.

Super light and fast, if your looking for a super speed chuck go for these. So light though that they respond much differently than a heavier chuck like the carved dragon. Not a good physics teacher, but quick with their super low weight.
